Ken-Caryl Valley Storm 6/25/08

What a nice suprise! A sweet, photogenic storm went up over the Ken-Caryl Valley right at sunset. This thing had cool structure and awesome lightning. The first shots are in my hood and the last one is out at Castle Pines Pkwy and I-25. Im really happy with these shots! This will help ease the pain of having to miss tommorow's tornadic setup in South Dakota.

Ken Caryl Valley is one of my favorite places to go.. and the lightning shots are great!

Something tells me you're no longer terribly upset about missing the "South Dakota Tornatic Setup".. LOL I'm glad we chickened out of it!

Hey Sean just saw your comment on my lightning pics I took. Thanks man! I am using a Fujifilm Finepix S7000 it is not like the nice camera you shoot with but it takes pretty good quality photos, but the settings aren't as advanced as I'd like them to be.

Yeah our new chase ride is badass. It will be dominating on the sandy shit roads of W Kansas that we almost got stuck in back in May at least 5 different times. LOL.
